Welcome to Yasben Academy (“Yasben Academy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yasben Academy website located at www.yasbenacademy.com (the “Website”) and the consultancy services related to assisting international students to study in Turkey (the “Services”) offered by Yasben Academy.

  • “Content” means all information, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials found on the Website.

Use of the Website and Services

  • You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
     
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website or Services, including, but not limited to, attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

User and Client Obligations

  • All Users: Agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use.
     
  • Prospective & Current Clients: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested for consultation or service provision. You understand that the success of our Services often depends on the accuracy and timeliness of the information and documentation you provide. Clients are responsible for fulfilling payment obligations as agreed upon. Clients must cooperate reasonably with Yasben Academy to facilitate the provision of Services.

Description of Services & Important Disclaimers

Yasben Academy offers expert consultancy and support Services designed to assist international students throughout the process of applying to study in Turkey. This includes guidance on selecting Turkish universities and programs (including Bachelor’s and study master options), assistance with application preparation and submission, information regarding scholarships in Turkey, guidance on student visa and residence permit procedures, and settling-in support.

KEY DISCLAIMERS:

  • No Guarantees: Yasben Academy provides guidance and administrative support ONLY. We DO NOT guarantee admission to any Turkish university, acceptance into any specific program, the award of any scholarships in Turkey, or the approval/issuance of any student visa or residence permit. These decisions rest solely and exclusively with the relevant independent third parties (universities, scholarship committees, Turkish Consulates/Embassies, Directorate General of Migration Management, etc.).
  • Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, details regarding university requirements, program specifics, visa regulations, scholarship criteria, and deadlines are subject to change by the relevant institutions without notice. Users and Clients are strongly advised to verify critical information directly with official sources (Turkish universities, Turkish consulates, official scholarship websites). Yasben Academy is not liable for inaccuracies or changes in information provided by third parties.

Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are outlined on our Services page or in a specific service agreement provided to the Client. Clients agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed-upon schedule. All fees paid to Yasben Academy are for the consultancy and support services rendered and are separate from any third-party fees, including but not limited to:

  • University application fees
  • Tuition fees
  • Visa application fees
  • Residence permit fees
  • Health insurance premiums
  • Accommodation costs and deposits
  • Living expenses

Details regarding payment methods, installments, and refund policies (if any) will be specified on the Services page or in the Client service agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Yasben Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

Yasben Academy does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of such third-party websites.   • Decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, visa authorities, or other third parties;
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Yasben Academy’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Yasben Academy for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yasben Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website and/or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Specific conditions regarding the termination of paid Services by either party will be outlined in the Client service agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ankara, Turkey.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by posting the updated Terms on the Website and updating the “Last Updated” date). What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific Client service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yasben Academy regarding our Website and Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Website and Services.
